How may I apply online to the English as a Second Language program?
If you wish to be considered for admission to the American Language Program, the intensive English language program on the campus of The Ohio State University, you must complete an application form and submit all required application materials.

If I enroll in the American Language Program, am I guaranteed admission to Ohio State?
Please be aware that admission to or enrollment in the American Language Program (ALP) does not guarantee admission to an academic program at Ohio State.
Will I be able to take English as a Second Language classes and regular classes at the same time?
You will not be able to register for courses outside of the ALP curriculum during your enrollment in ALP. Also, admission or enrollment in the American Language Program (ALP) does not guarantee admission to an academic program at Ohio State.
